Once upon a time, during a dark time of my life, youtube started to recommend me independent animated works of fiction, and thus began the start of a very long dive into this massive and constantly flourishing artistic ecosystem, which helped me to hold on with life and inspire me as an artist, in different ways. This page aims to recommend and review as much of the independant animated works on youtube as possible. As of now, it only catalogs some, linking them directly to a video/playlist, in the future each work will have its own shrine.

This library is split in two sections, the "Categorizable Works Catalog", which catalogs works designated by a name, and the "Uncategorizable Works Catalog", which catalogs works which cannot be categorized easily, often categorized by their main author. Every time an author is mentioned, their name is within square brackets [ ].

The order in which the cited works/authors appear is randomly attributed within each section every time one loads the page. If you want recommendations, look out for the yellow frames, they indicate the works/authors that resonated with me the most.

A lot of the cited works only have one episode, either because more is coming, or because they have been discontinued.
